Her collaboration with Zio focuses on marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, decision-making heuristics, and the pyschological analysis of the virtual consumers.

Dr. Raymond Chiong

The University of Newcastle, Australia

Senior Lecturer at the University of Newcastle. He studies the evolution of cooperation, trust, and economic problems using agent-based simulations. He also applies machine learning methods for prediction and data analytics as well as nature-inspired optimization algorithms. As a ZIO member, he advises on defining virtual consumers’ intelligence as well as the optimization modules.
